In 1965 Ron Callaghan started working as a Cadet Quantity Surveyor in Brisbane.
Since 1965, Ron has worked at many firms undertaking all aspects of Quantity Surveying, including landmark times like the introduction of computers to the office. In 1992 Ron struck out on his own forming Costeff Quantity Surveying. Some 18 years later and with continual growth, the decision was made to divide the company. It was at this stage that WRC QS was formed to specialise in Tax Depreciation reporting.
Ron continues to operate under Costeff QS specialising in Costing reports feasibility studies while William Callaghan, his youngest son, has taken reigns of WRC QS. Both Ron and William are fully qualified Quantity Surveyors are fully endorsed by the ATO TPB (Tax Practitioners Board) to provide Tax Depreciation Services.
We have provided countless tax depreciation schedules on all types of properties from historic cottages built in the 1800’s to state of the art multimillion dollar mansions. Shopping centres, medical centres, large scale manufacturing processing buildings and even entire high rise buildings with over 200 individual units.
