Great, quick and reasonably priced!I requested quotes from multiple QS for an IP depreciation report, and not only was Will the most reasonably priced, he was also the quickest to respond, answered all my questions, and managed to find more deductions than other QS thought they would be able to! He then managed to surprise me again by turning around the report in under 6 days (including weekends) from payment!Will went above and beyond, and even honoured last year's price for me when I inadvertently forgot to actually engage Will for my depreciation report. Will definitely use Will in future and refer him to family and friends.

Outstanding Service. Found WRC online - already on top of our list because of the existing 5 star reviews . We asked quote from 4 different mobs - Will replied to us first - with a detailed quote and competitive price while one bombarded us with and marketing emails, and 2 did not even bother to ring or email us back. WRC was referred to me by my accountant. Not knowing much about the report I needed, I spoke to Will and he was exceptionally helpful. From knowing exactly what I needed, to arranging access to the property with the rental agency, the whole process was smooth and efficient. From the Onsite of the quoting through to the delivery, the service was impeccable. Appropriate information was provided upfront to ensure a fast inspection and the report is detailed to provide me with a good set of figures.The depreciation will help tremendously and I only hope other people use Will in the future. I found the contact informaiton from internet of WRC and several other companies, I tried to contact them in German time afternoon, but in Australia it was evening already, however I got reply soon from Will Callaghan. The email was simple but hit points.WRC always response to me in a reasonably short time during communication. I'm happy to go with them for the quantity surveying of my house in Brisbane.
