Every fortnight one of our highly qualified quantity surveyors simply jumps in his car and does a road trip between Brisbane and Townsville.
Glenn inspects many properties along the way, including properties in Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Mackay and even Blackall.
This seems to be the best way of servicing CQ without setting up an office and blowing out operating costs.

QUESTION: Do you do an inspection of my property?
Yes, we insist on inspecting virtually every property. It’s the only way you can be guaranteed every-single-cent of your tax refund entitlements will be accounted for – and put back into your wallet.
QUESTION: Do you have to inspect a brand new house?
Generally not.
Brand new houses – in brand new developments – are the rare exception to the rule.
Because everything is brand new (no existing claimable structures onsite, like fencing) we can work ‘off the plan’
But…we need a copy of the plans (division 43 items), the schedule of inclusions aka Division 40 items (appliances, etc) and ideally, the builders contract sum.
